Colour: Dark ruby, brilliant and limpid.

Nose: Very expressive. First nose of cinnamon, then game and undergrowth. Second nose of 5 berries, pepper, leather and liquorice.

Palate: A very fine attack, velvety and full-bodied. Lively with a hint of acidity, morello cherry and redcurrant. Notes of grenadine. Length with cocoa and leather. Finish with caramel and speculos.

Accord mets /vins :  This wine will serve as company for the long winter evenings. Or with a rack of lamb, a duck breast with honey, a forest risotto or dark chocolate.
