Its vinification follows a meticulous process: a delicate maceration to extract colour and aromas, followed by fermentation in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats to preserve its freshness. Bottled at the estate, its quality and authenticity are ensured right up to the moment of tasting.

Its pale robe with old rose reflections immediately catches the eye. The nose is charming and expressive, revealing hints of tangy red fruits. On the palate, the attack is lively and indulgent, with a slight peppery touch. A sensation of strawberry candy emerges from the first sip, evolving into delicate mango notes on the finish.
